Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses two measurement tools, both hosted within the European Union.

Matomo, installed on our own servers, handles audience measurement: pages viewed, referrers, visit duration. Your IP address is anonymised before any record is stored, the data never leaves our hosting and is passed to no third party. Cookies expire after 13 months, and traffic data is deleted automatically after 24 months. The tool honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” header. In line with the French data protection authority’s guidance, this audience measurement — strictly limited to our own needs — does not require your consent; you may nonetheless opt out using the checkbox at the bottom of this page.

PostHog, whose data is hosted within the European Union, provides detailed browsing analysis: pages viewed, journeys taken, interactions, session recordings. This tool is only activated after your explicit consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. No data is sent to it before you accept. Form fields are masked in recordings. Your choice is kept for six months, after which you are asked again. You may withdraw it at any time via the “Manage my privacy preferences” link at the bottom of the page.

YouTube videos — Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). These videos load only after you click the thumbnail, or after you accept the banner. Until you act, no data is sent to Google.

Forms — Data entered in the contact form (name, email address, subject, message) and in the testimonial form is used solely to handle your request or publish your review. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties.

Legal basis — Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for PostHog and YouTube videos. Legitimate interest for Matomo audience measurement, configured to meet the CNIL exemption conditions.
